I always thought that all of the dishwasher detergents were basically equal, but my girlfriend insisted on buying these and I can see why! These get dirty dishes clean every time! Some of the other brands I have tried will leave stuff on the washed dishes, but this breaks through the stuck on food. I've thrown some pretty nasty dishes in the dishwasher and these pods always work to get them clean. My girlfriend was right--it is worth the extra money because there is a noticeable difference!They work great on the dishes, glasses, and pots. Even the inside of the dishwasher looks cleaner. I don't use them every single time because they are definitely more expensive than gel or powder dishwasher detergent. But they do a great job. Only complaint is that the scent is a little strong.I purchased this product as recurring order, the larger size tub is very hard to find in any of my local retailers, can only get the smaller tubs. The $$ and quantity you get through Amazon beats any local retailer.I love the Cascade Pods. I’ve used other brands but I notice Cascade makes my dishes look cleaner and shinier. The price is great on Amazon especially now with the rise in prices everywhere. I want to add that I do check prices at other stores before I order a lot of things from Amazon because sometimes things are cheaper elsewhere but if you have to pay shipping most times it equals itself outThese work well. Less streaks, decent but not overpowering scent, water saving in that a dishwasher is more efficient than hand washing. So good things. But man do they charge a mint for the platinum variety, which unfortunately does seem to work better than the lesser typesAbsolutely the BEST dishwasher soap I've ever used.
