It arrived in working condition, and installing it was plenty easy. Make sure to cut the power, and if you've got a modest tool box and access to google, you can do it!Before trying this fix, order a Noise Filter. That's more likely to be your problem, but that didn't fix it for me.On June 7, 2020 bought the part. It stop working. Called the LG support. LG refused to take it back. They said it was not bought from authorized dealer and Amazon is not our distributer. Talked to the Amazon customer service. He said the return window is closed and can not take it back. Now I got "F up" between amazon and LG. I don't know know what to do nextPerformed exactly as expected. Delivered on time andworks perfect, cheaper than using warrantyWorking perfectly so far. Our previous motherboard was fried. This was easy to replace and have not had any issues so far.
